Objective/Results/Remarks

•  In preparation of activities before the National referendum on 21/11/2005 .
• Civic education by empowering people to appreciate the issues as set in the Proposed New Constitution by promoting understanding, appreciation as well as unity of purpose in the community to improve informed decision-making ahead of the National Referendum. Specifically this was to stimulate public discussion and awareness of constitutional issues.
• 14/11/2005 : Land issues
• 15/11/2005 : Bill of rights/culture i.e. gender, inheritance
• 16/11/2005 : Religious issues/ other cultural issues
• 17/11/2005 : The Executive, District governance & related issues
• 18/11/2005 : Emerging issues
• 19/11/2005 : Implications of the Yes/No Vote
• Monitoring and evaluation of referendum results and report writing
