Activities:
• Meeting with the Coordinator of the Steering Committee, Paralegal Support Network (PASUNE).
• Disbursement meeting for global Fund Initiative (Round 5) at NLTP offices
Objective/Results/Remarks
• Need to train paralegals who will help REMADO in outreach and teaching the people on their rights and to conduct civic education.
• To request for REMADO to be affiliated to the network and to receive further information on how and who to recruit for the paralegal trainings.
• An opportunity to benefit from the experience gained by other organizations affiliated to PASUNE whose mission is to create a just society and enhance the welfare of Kenyans and beyond.
• Through this to be directly affiliated with other paralegals based in Transmara district so as strengthen the coordination of programmes to the people through advocacy and networking. Community awareness through community education by selecting & training of members of different groups.
• To brief TB implementers on the Global Fund Fifth Round Funding |
