The objectives of Reto Mara Development Organization with regard to health and culture are;

To provide forums for discussions and information which shall promote knowledge and better understanding of the youths in the community and thus yield them into productive careers.

To provide and make available information on the effect of early pregnancy, child prostitution, alcoholism, abortion and sex abuse among the Kenyan youths.

To advise and advance the understanding of women and youth in hygiene, nutrition, family planning and responsible parenthood.

To sensitize the community on gender issues and traditional practices that affects the girl child and women development e.g. female circumcision.

To create HIV/AIDS awareness, support and collaborate with other organizations working with the youth to combat and reduce the incidents of HIV/ AIDS.
